Our mission statement is the roots of what we were founded on, and our pledge to continue to produce our products, using only wholesome and natural ingredients, with the same passion and love as we did when we made our first banana bread, back in 1998, in our small oven on the third floor of our apartment block. It is more than a plaque on the wall to us. It is a culture of dignity and respect, for our employees, our loyal customers and our state of the art food factory of which we are proud.
