Mama Ka'z delivers within NSW, QLD & ACT. We are working to deliver Australia wide, so stay tuned.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.




Are your products baked fresh?


All products are baked fresh and delivered straight to your door within hours of coming out of the oven.




How long do the breads and muffins last?


Our products have a fridge shelf life of 7-10 days and freeze extremely well for up to 6 months! Now that’s freezing great news for the family, keeping a handy and healthy snack within hands reach.. Yummo!




Are your products nut free?


All our products contains traces of nuts.




How much is delivery?


Delivery is $5 to our delivery areas.




What is your return & refund policy?


We do not have a cancellation or refund policy. However, if you have made a mistake in your order please contact us and we will try to solve it for you.
If you are at all dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please return the original to us, if possible. We will happily replace it or return your money if a replacement is not possible or simply unwanted.








How long will my delivery take to arrive?


Average delivery time is 1-3 days, however could take up to 4 days.
