MANAGING MY ACCOUNT

 

How do I set up an account?

Please visit www.mamakaz.com.au and click on wholesale and follow the prompts. Alternatively you may contact our customers service team on 9516 0663.

 How do I change my details?

You can change your details one of two ways: By going to our ordering application called Ordermentum www.ordrrmentum.com.au. Alternatively please call our customer service team on 9516 0663 for further assistance.

How do I check my balance?

On every order a tax invoice is provided which includes the total outstanding amount.

Can I set up standard orders?

On the Ordermentum application you can set up standard orders, edit orders  or you may call our dedicated customer service team and they can action this for you.

 

 

DELIVERIES

 

What is the minimum order for delivery?

For our regular weekly café customers our minimum order is $50.

What is cut off for orders?

Our cut off time for orders is 3:30pm for next day delivery. Please note for Sydney metro deliveries, we deliver Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Where do you deliver?

Mamakaz, delivers throughout Sydney metropolitan area 3 times per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please contact Mamakaz on 02 9516 0663 to find your nearest stockist if you are outside of the Sydney metropolitan area.

Online Order

For those who have ordered online you will always be notified as to the status of your delivery. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for further information.

Where do I find nutritional information, shelf life, and  storage instructions?

All nutritional information, shelf life, storage instructions can be found on the Mamakaz website www.mamakaz.com.au  Once any product is clicked you will be directed to another page which contains all nutritional information etc.  Alternatively please call our customer service department on 02 9516 0663 for further assistance.

 Are your products dairy free?

All our breads are dairy free, WOOHOO!!!!  EXCEPT for our Mango and Coconut Bread.

Do you have pre packaged breads?

We most certainly do have pre-packaged breads in fact all breads can be sliced wrapped and labelled.
You may order these through our website at www.mamakaz.com.au or you can contact our customer service team on 9516 0663.

How many slices do you get out of the breads?

We have a slicing template for our whole breads which can be purchased that makes for 12 evenly cut slices, please contact our customer service team on 9516 0663. Alternatively all our pre-packaged breads make for 13 slices.

How should I store your products and how long do they last?

All our breads last 7 days fresh or 6 months in freezer.

Do you have any products that are Gluten free?

Yes we sure do our Banana Bread is Gluten free and it comes whole or pre-packaged as “grab &go”.

That's another yes from us! We have created a VEGAN BANANA BREAD for all our vegans and animal lovers.

Where can I buy your prodcuts?

You can order order online via our website www.mamakaz.com.au, or you can find us at your nearest Harris Farm or Woolworths metro.
Alternatively we also sell our delicious products to many cafes across Sydney and Nationwide Australia. Please call our customer service team who can advise of your nearest stockist.

What is the best way to eat and serve your breads?

It all comes down to personal preference,
We can definitely give you suggestions:
- Toasted with a bit of butter 
- Served with ice cream or yoghurt and fruits
- Eat it plain with a nice hot drink   

Can your breads be toasted?

Oh yes, yes, yes they can.
Every bread is actually amazing once toasted, you can add butter on it which will melt and be just perfectly delicious. However it all comes down to taste preference toasted or not toasted that is the question?
