Her kitchen-come-bakery became a hub of creation as she tweaked ideas and perfected recipes to produce a range of scrumptious all-natural bakes. And Sydneysiders couldn’t get enough!
With an increasing demand for her much-loved wholesome cakes and loaves , it was time to expand. And before long, Mama Ka’z became a nationally recognised success in Australia.
Mama Ka’z has been producing Karen’s celebrated original banana bread for almost 20 years. Her range of delicious products include fruit loaves, cakes, muffins, and slices and now a new range of fabulous waffles.
These guilt-free bakes are low in fat and packed with all-natural ingredients. Many of them are dairy-free too! Mama Ka’z believes that you should be able to treat yourself to the comfort of homestyle baked goodies, without compromising on nutrition.
